The driving forces behind this project and other ventures within the company are Balaram Sanjel and Pitambar Sanjel, both first-generation entrepreneurs with a deep-rooted involvement in the feed and related industries. These siblings have collectively dedicated nearly two decades to business endeavors before gradually transitioning the reins to the second generation, which includes Abin Sanjel, Aakriti Sanjel, and Bibek Sanjel.

The first-generation directors bring not only substantial experience but also boast strong educational foundations, having refined their business acumen over a span of more than three decades. Among the second-generation members, Bibek Sanjel holds a graduate degree in marketing, while Abin Sanjel and Aakriti Sanjel have earned Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration with a specialization in finance. All of them play active roles in the daily operations of AB Pellet.

Likewise, Aakriti Sanjel takes charge of the company's financial affairs, including dealings with banks and financial institutions, loans, letter of credit transactions, as well as managing accounts payable and receivable.
